I asked my friend this and it seems to be one of the extremely few questions that he can't answer cause he didn'tstart using adaptive software until after the fact. Can I use my Braillenote as an external synth with Vocaleyes or with JAWS for Dos if I tell the screenreader that it's a Keynote Gold or a generic serial synth? What about my Braille Blazer? I'm looking for something to replace my Echo for both the pc (since I can't find my cord to my Keybote Voicecard) and the Apple and I found the Doubletalk LT and Doubletalk respectively

Can I use my Blazer with JAWS through it's parallel port? The serial one on there doesn't wanna work.
I'm sure you can, you'll have to set what com port you want it to go through.

I have to wait for Momso she can read the installation to me. I also have to figure out why, on one ofthe laptops, I'm getting "bad command or filename" and an error about my Keynote voicecard. maybe, it's cause the cord to it isn't plugged in? I have to see which screenreader Ihave installed (if it's Vocal-eyes, I need to remember the name of the directory where it is) and delete it. I think that'll fix the problem. Andthen I'm gonna try the intall withthe Braillenote.
